In the spring of 2013 I began studying videopoetry at The Evergreen State College. I had gone back to school to deepen my visual language skills and study creative non-fiction writing. Working in film correlated elegantly with book art, as working frame by frame in digital editing felt much like designing page by page – the book's images became story in motion.
